Country stars have vowed to help hurricane victims after Hurricane Helene wreaked havoc in North Carolina, South Carolina, and East Tennessee. Luke Combs is one country star who made sure his people knew that he would help.

He posted to X (Twitter) over the weekend. "Absolutely heartbroken for everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene. Especially my folks in Western North Carolina. Me and my team have been making some calls and I think we’ve got something really special lined up to help the Carolinas as much as we can. More details to come ASAP."

Morgan Wallen also showed great concern for his people in East Tennessee, where he is a native. He lives near Knoxville.

Morgan wrote on his Insta stories, "My family in East Tennessee are safe, but I know many are absolutely devastated there and in multiple states. All my prayers are geared toward those tonight. Those hills and hollers are very important to me in so many ways. It is going to take a monumental effort and I am in contact with my team and others working on ways I can help."

Hurricane Helene was a rare category-four storm. It hit landfall in the panhandle of Florida on Friday night (9/27) and caused an incredible amount of damage.

The storm remained strong and caused flooding and damage in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Sadly, the storm took the lives of 35 people in those states.
