My gf and I have been dating for a little more than a year. We talk about marriage and our future all the time and I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life with her.
I bought a ring and secretly asked her dad for his blessing to ask her to marry me … and he said no. He thinks she’s too young and not ready, but I get the feeling he may just not like me – and it breaks my heart. Is this a deal breaker? What should I do???
