Tigirlily Gold Plays Hilarious Heads Up Game
Tigirlily Gold, fresh off their ACM New Duo of the Year, decided to make a run at an even bigger prize, beating Andie and Jeff at Heads Up! You hear this amazing game on The Andie Summers Show all the time, but we decided to take it on the road at our Ski Day!
How Do You Play Heads Up?
Heads Up is a game, most commonly played on the popular app, where player one puts the phone on their head. The app then displays a noun, player two has to make player one guess the word on their head. If they are successful, you point the phone down and it goes to the next suggestion. Sixty seconds per round. Oh, and if you don’t know the answer, you can pass by pointing the phone upwards.

Who Is Tigirlily Gold?
According to their website, these ladies have been at this for quite some time!
“Sister duo Tigirlily Gold has been playing music together since they could walk, and officially formed their band in high school. Growing up, they crisscrossed the mid-west, growing a fierce fan base and selling out shows across their home-state of North Dakota.”
The ladies, sisters Kendra and Krista Slaubaugh, were awarded the ACM for New Duo of the Year in 2024. The funny part about these awards is the term “new” quite frankly doesn’t mean they JUST started making music, it really means it’s their time to catapult to the next level. More from their website.

How Did Ten Minute Tune Start?
Once could argue that I have been singing these types of songs my entire life. I used to love listening to the radio in the car, changing the lyrics to my favorites songs in my head to make them sound funny. Little did I know I would make a career out of this little hobby.
I grew up a theater kid, performing at stage since I was 10 years old. So singing and performing has always been something that I’ve loved to do. I took piano lessons since the age of six years old and was heavily involved in choir as well. When I got to college, I was a founding member of the a cappella group, Otto Tunes, on the campus of Syracuse University!
It took us a semester to become an official student organization on campus. Here was our FIRST performance after becoming official. It’s Gavin DeGraw’s “Not Over You.”
