If you are looking for Summer Country Songs, we've got it right here. As a country radio host, sure, I know a lot about this great music but more important, as a country guy, I know what we want with the windows down!!

This is why you come to TheAndieSummersShow.com for all the best country news.

There is no debate, the pairing of country music and summer is unmatched by any other duo. Windows down, country music up! Concerts, beach trip, tailgates, whatever you're doing in the summer, I guarantee it's made better by country music blaring in the background. Country radio is more popular in the summer months, one friend once told me "I really only listen to country music May to September, so call me a seasonal fan." In reality, that friend knows more about country music than maybe I do, and he always has our morning show on year-round, I know that for a fact! Because this is the season to turn the radio up, listen to your favorite artists sing about cold beer and heartbreaks, fast cars and freedom (thanks Rascal Flatts).

Top 5 Summer Country Songs of 2025

Here's the list, make sure to add these to your playlists!

  • "Happen To Me", Russell Dickerson - It's always party with R.D., and this song is a perfect example of it. I am seeing so many bachelorette parties making this the "sound" of their weekend Instagram Reels recapping the weekend. Russell Dickerson has also choreographed an awesome dance to the song, which can be found all over his social media. It's a jam that's going to help boost your party this summer.
  • "Not At This Party", Dasha - Love her and her energy. It shows in her song "Not At This Party," which has such a great blend of foot-stomping country that screams warm weather. Trust me when I say, it's hard not to enjoy a cold one to this one, even though it's not your traditional drinking song. The beat alone creates a great vibe that you'll clap along with before the end of the song.
  • "Baggage", Kelsea Ballerini - Listen to the final three seconds of this song, and it just sounds like a group of girls in the car, windows down, driving to the beach, singing the song! I think Kelsea does a great job with this one, keeping with a tempo that fits the season. It's a relatable love song that thankfully drives; doesn't drag, like we see a lot of love songs do. Perfect for summer, put it on your playlist.
  • "You Had To Be There", Megan Moroney/Kenny Chesney - The night we saw Kenny Chesney's show at Sphere Las Vegas, he brought Megan Moroney out. These two coming together for a classic Kenny vibe (which fits summer perfectly), along with Megan's unique tone, just fit in the pocket this season. Keep in mind that the captain of "No Shoes Nation" simply can't miss when it comes to beach vibe songs, and this one hits the mark again.
  • "What Kinda Man", Parker McCollum - YEAH!! When he sings that, entering the chorus, it gets me all sorts of hype for a killer hook, which doesn't disappoint. The former ACM New Male Artist winner cranks out hits and is no stranger to being on the top of the charts; however, his past is filled with a slower library of songs. It's nice and refreshing to hear him bring out the summer fun with this great one, rounding out the Top 5!
