Intern Insights: Andie, Jeff, and Donnie Surprised With Hilarious On-Camera Twist

Sometimes it only takes one thing to completely change the way you see someone. Buckle up for this Intern Insights!

Donnie is going into the bathroom for intern insights

What’s going on, everyone? Welcome back to Intern Insights! I’m Danny the Intern, and I’ve been counting down the days to share this moment with you. A couple of weeks ago, I planned a little surprise for Andie, Jeff, and Donnie, and let’s just say, things didn’t go exactly as they expected.

How It Went Down

A few weeks ago, I asked Shannon for some help with a project that I had in mind, and she delivered like a pro.

I told Andie, Jeff, and Donnie that I wanted to sit down with them to ask a few questions about their careers in radio. You know, classic intern questions like “What advice would you give someone starting?”, “What was your first radio job like?”, etc. Totally normal...or so they thought.

What they did not expect was for Shannon to expose some of their most embarrassing moments about themselves and for me to ask them about it on camera.

Their reactions were absolutely priceless.

You can check out their full reactions over on our TikTok page.

Andie confessed she once got her foot stuck in a revolving door in New York City, trapped like a cartoon character. Jeff opened up about some questionable bathroom etiquette, including a moment that happened way too close to his mother-in-law. And Donnie? He told a story about going to the bathroom mid-soccer game. No shame. No regrets. Never change, Donnie.

I’m sure they would all like to “flush” these stories out of their mind.

As you can tell, we talk about the bathroom A LOT. It seems like Andie, Jeff, and Donnie had their adventures in the bathroom. And believe me, if there is anything that I have learned so far during this internship, there will be more bathroom stories to tell.

I may or may not get fired next week because of these questions, but it was worth it. And if I do end up getting fired, I can at least walk away knowing that I got Donnie to admit to his bathroom mishap. I can’t say that I have ever had the kind of bathroom adventures that they have.
