I like to think of myself as a bit of a coffee connoisseur - I seriously can’t remember the last time I went a day without it. (Is that bad? Don’t tell me!)

Below, I’ve put together some of my favorite coffee recipes to help you mix up your daily brew.

Quick disclaimer: I never measure when I make coffee. I’m more of a “taste as you go” kind of person. I prefer my coffee less sweet, but you can totally adjust everything to match your own preference, whether you like it bold, sugary, or somewhere in between.

No matter if you’re team Keurig, regular coffee pot, or espresso machine (or all, if you’re extra like me), these recipes are super easy to make from home, and you’ll save so much money compared to your daily coffee run!

Blueberry Coffee

This one is amazing. I loved drinking it iced over the summer, but you can use it in a regular hot coffee or even make a blueberry cold foam to put on top!

How to Make the Syrup

Add about two cups of blueberries (I prefer frozen for a thicker texture) and one cup of water to a small pan. Heat it up and add your sweetener: brown sugar, maple syrup, or regular sugar all work great. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer until the blueberries get mushy. Smash them with a spoon as they cook, then strain the mixture and pour it into a jar.

Now you’ve got homemade blueberry syrup! Try adding it to iced espresso and oat milk, or mix some into milk and froth it for blueberry cold foam. It’s sweet, fruity, and so good.

Vanilla Bean Coffee

I am a sucker for vanilla, and this one is my everyday go-to because it’s simple and super customizable. I use the bourbon vanilla bean paste from Trader Joe’s - just a small splash in any coffee (hot, iced, latte, whatever you’re feeling). Add your favorite milk and a little brown sugar, and you’ve got the easiest, most delicious vanilla coffee ever.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Butter Coffee

Here’s another Trader Joe’s find- but hear me out. Their pumpkin butter is incredible. Try adding a small scoop to your coffee, sprinkle in some cinnamon, and that’s it. The perfect cozy fall drink that tastes like autumn in a cup. It is so good and perfect for the fall feeling you have been craving!

This one’s for my busy mornings. I’ve been obsessed with the Chobani creamers, especially the cookie dough flavor. I make an iced latte with espresso and oat milk, then add just a splash of the creamer - it’s sweet enough that you don’t need much.

For an Extra Twist ...

Shake everything in a mason jar for a “cookie dough shaken latte.” It’s creamy, quick, and tastes like dessert without being too overpowering!

Brown Sugar Caramel Shaken Espresso

A total classic. Here’s a quick tip: if you’re adding sugar to iced coffee, mix it into your hot espresso first so it melts completely. Then pour it over ice and add your milk.

I like to coat my glass with caramel, mix brown sugar into my espresso, add ice, pour in the milk, and shake it up. You seriously can’t mess this one up-it’s a crowd favorite for a reason. It is so good and the perfect mid-day pick me up!

Chocolate Peppermint Latte

Perfect for the holidays (though I won’t judge if you make it in July). Coat your cup in chocolate syrup, add a little peppermint paste, and mix it all up. I like to sneak in some vanilla too because… why not? Serve it hot or iced for the ultimate festive coffee. I love to drink this all winter, but on Christmas morning, this latte feels simply magical!

Even though I’m not usually a fan of sugary coffees, sugar cookie syrup is the exception. I love this one iced—just mix espresso, milk, and a bit of sugar cookie syrup. Top it with whipped cream and sprinkles for a finishing touch! This is an exception for me with my bold coffee tooth, I crave it all the time, and I love how sweet and delicious it is!

Honey Cinnamon Latte

This one tastes like a hug in a cup! It’s warm, smooth, and perfectly sweet. Brew your espresso or strong coffee, then stir in a teaspoon of honey while it’s still hot so it melts evenly. Add a dash of cinnamon, then top with your favorite milk — I love oat or almond milk for this one. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top. It’s cozy, simple, and a great alternative to sugary syrups.

Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee

This is the ultimate tropical coffee. Start with chilled coffee or espresso over ice, then add coconut milk or coconut creamer. For a little extra flavor, drizzle in a bit of vanilla or caramel syrup. (You know I’m going with vanilla). You can even add some toasted coconut on top of whipped cream to the top- incredible.

I hope these ideas inspire you to make your everyday coffee a little more fun, and I hope it will save you a lot of money from getting your coffee out all the time! Experimenting with flavors has been such a fun way for me to start my mornings, and it’s the best feeling knowing I can make my perfect cup right at home.
